Project Background |
Central Coast EV Plan in the News |
Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG) is a regional planning agency comprised of Santa Barbara County and all eight incorporated cities within the county. SBCAG, in connection with sister regional planning agencies San Luis Obispo Council of Governments (SLOCOG) and the Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments (AMBAG), is developing a Central Coast Zero Emission Vehicle Strategy (CCZEVS).
The strategy will become a resource to accelerate the adoption of zero-emission vehicles (ZEV’s), such as electric and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. The CCZEVS will identify gaps and opportunities to implement ZEV infrastructure along California’s Central Coast, including on or near the State Highway System, major freight corridors, and transit hubs. |
